Super Mario Bros Lost Levels All Stars SMB SMBTLL SMAS Nintendo SNES glitch Game Boy Advance Famicom Mini
Description: There is a glitch that works in the original version of the Lost Levels. The first part of the video shows the original version (actually, it's the Game Boy Advance Famicom Mini version, but it doesn't matter since it's a carbon copy of the very original). As you will see, if you stand on a descending lift and let it fall all the way down, you will end up on the top of the screen. Weird. The next half of this video shows the SNES version (Super Mario All-Stars). In the SNES version, this bug is fixed, and you will lose a life as normal. Now, the ironic part: If you saw a similar video of the glitch in SMB (created by brianfreeman47), the INVERSE is true. That is, the glitch does NOT work in the original version of SMB1, and DOES work in the SNES port. Very odd... So basically, it works in the original version of SMB, but not the SNES version. It doesn't work in the original version of SMBTLL, but it does work in the SNES version. |
