"This guy is full of crap."
Instead of just trying to insult me, if you spotted anything I said in this video that is wrong, by all means please do tell me what the error(s) is/are. I will very much appreciate it. Thank you. __________________________________________________ |

This guy is full of crap. You can get thrown in the Fed for almost no reason at all. Does this guy think the income tax is a real bona-fide law? He needs to look at Irwin Schiff's videos.
Criminality and Law breaking are not the same thing. Just because one breaks a law does not mean they have committed a crime.
Fuck the IRS...... __________________________________________________ |

then he took it a notch further and had those people that do pay their taxes foot the bill for his legal defense. __________________________________________________ |

"i did contact the prison - specifically Hovind's counselor, to verify the story."
You should share the person's name so we can verify this.
"Maybe you should contact the state atty general about the federal prison staff being such idiots?!"
If you can verify the story, I will certainly file a complaint. Hovind might be an ignorant jackass who deserves to be in prison, but if your far fetched tale is verifiable I'm willing to admit I'm wrong and agree treatment in this case was unjust. __________________________________________________ |

"have no idea why you feel the state atty general can have say in a federal prison"
Because the ST. ATTY general's office would know a fuck of a lot more than I about prison rights, and advice from that office would likely save more time than contacting the ALCU. A letter from that office carries a lot of weight, esp when we are talking an issue of freedom of speech. It's their job to help you navigate the bureaucracy. Even for a FEDERAL prison! __________________________________________________ |
