ATTY general's office would know a fuck of a lot more than I about prison rights, and advice from that office would likely save more time than contacting the ALCU. A letter from that office carries a lot of weight, esp when we are talking an issue of freedom of speech. It's their job to help you navigate the bureaucracy.
