The owners were in a hurry to leave for AZ.. something about medical bills (and it's way cheaper in AZ, but WAY too hot for me!) Yeah, the same house and property in Moreno Valley would have cost half a million dollars.. amazing what 47 miles can do to real-estate prices. Give it 5 years, this will be $500k too... it's rediculous.. Not enough houses or land + too many people = prices go up and up and up. __________________________________________________ | |
