Most likely since your contact was talking about things the government wants kept undisclosed, they blocked your email and video sites keeping you from receiving the potential information. The phone tap was them making sure your contact was not giving confidential info. The patriot act allows the government to tap lines without warrants. Sure, I speak my mind like the next guy, but have little or no influence as far as video goes on a large scale. I think that it may be more of what a few people have stated. Seeing that I am a "Power User" on the net, my ISP banned me from my video sharing sites to save on Bandwidth Use! I hope that is the case.
