Chris Doff is an intellegent man who i belive is a great senator and a great mind in the democratic party. But Why is he running for president. It is clear that from the start he had no chance of winning and his mere presence in the election only takes away time from the candidates that have a chance. I don't mean to insult Senator Dodd, but please drop out of the race, endorse one of the leading candidates, and take your leadership abilitys back to the senate where they are needed.

It will be funny if CNN gives Chris Dodd more time at the Republican Debate than they give him at the Democrat Debates. Thanks YouTube and CNN for the Delicious Irony.

Answer depends if Al-Qaeda was behind 911. FBI don't have Bin Laden on their wanted list for 911. Lack evidence? But assuming they did do it. Need to first define how to win a war on terror. I think it can only be won by winning the hearts and minds. Demonstrating the USA is not a threat (stop torture, invading counties, stop supporting oppressive governments and mind own business / stop taking sides), otherwise there's always going to be a new terrorists who steps up.

Assuming they didn't do it. It means the Bush administrations are the terrorists and staged attacks to gain support for an un-just war's and passing of laws to prepare the country for a dictatorship. If this is untrue, the USA demonstrating it's not a threat to the world and personal liberty will kill the conspiracy and the future Al-Qaeda terrorism.

This will probably get censored out or deleted but... Mr. Dodd voted to extend the Patriot Act. How can he sit there and say he is for liberties when he voted for something that has obliterated the rights of the common citizen? This again was in 2006 after it was a well known fact of how completely un-american this ACT is.

Mr. Dodd would you please show our fellow citizens by words AND deeds that you are for preserving the constitution of this great country. Or are you another one of those politicians(Bush) who think they can just say anything and not be held accountable by the People who put them into power? In one of the debates they asked all the Dems which was more important freedom or national security and everyone of them said national security.

Your first step Senator should be to make an active effort to push for impeachment of Cheney and Bush. It is their administration that is discarding the constitution. Every day that they remain in office they do more damage to our country and our civil rights. I am NOT afraid of any terrorist. I am afraid of a president that is out of control.

Chris, if you were so concerned about the Constitution and protecting it from Foreign and DOMESTIC threats, like you swore an oath to do. Why have you and your CFR controlled puppet freinds done nothing about the Largest Perverter to the Constitution, Your CFR Buddy Bush? If you can't do your job as Senator, Why would you do it as

I really like Chris Dodd and wish that he had more support. I would pick him over any of the other candidates any day of the week, except for possibly John Edwards. And of course, the guy I REALLY want--Al Gore. You go, Chris. Give 'em hell.
